Well here we go again.There's the big fucking deal the fourth amendment.I don't see anything there that says you have this right unless it makes it difficult for the government to do whatever it is they are trying to do.
Please tell me are these words below hard to understand. Shouldn't someone holding a job in the government be able to understand them. Maybe I should write a book.I will call it The Constitution for Dummies and government goons.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.[1]
