Teen high on"Meow Meow"cuts off his penis

A 19-year-old in England reportedly stabbed his mother and cut off his own penis while high on the party drug known as "meow meow."
According to the Mirror, police were called to his home in West Succex on Dec. 29. When they arrived they found him hanging out a bedroom window bleeding from his mutilated member.
Friends said the teen took mephedrone just before he "completely flipped out, attacking his mum and then himself."
Both were taken to the hospital. The teen's mother is now recovering and doctors were able to successfully reattach his penis.
Police said they are still investigating the case.

Note to self never do "Meow Meow".
