Samuel Garza,IRS agent charged with sexual battery during audit
An IRS agent has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman while he was performing an audit of a Tennessee business, police said.
Samuel Garza, 36, has been charged with two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure in connection to the assault that took place Sept. 3, according to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.
It’s the first known case of an IRS agent using an audit as a means for sexual assault.
According to court papers, Mr. Garza visited the owner of a business on Fairview Boulevard to conduct a tax audit.
Mr. Garza then “made sexual overtures and implied the business could be lost without cooperation,” according to an affidavit.

Islamic extremists in Bangladesh appear to be taking their war on secular writers and bloggers beyond the South Asian country's borders.
Islamic extremists in Bangladesh appear to be taking their war on secular writers and bloggers beyond the South Asian country's borders.
A hit list purporting to be from the militant group Ansarullah Bangla Team has been sent out threatening people in Europe and North America.
"Let Bangladesh revoke the citizenship of these enemies of Islam," a statement accompanying the list says. "If not, we will hunt them down in whatever part of God's world we find them and kill them right there."
The list contains nine people in the United Kingdom, eight in Germany, two in the United States, one in Canada and one in Sweden. CNN isn't reporting any of the names on the list.
That's not very Christian of them.

Girl,16 doused school guards with gasoline and tried to set them on fire
A Pennsylvania girl doused school security guards with gasoline and then attempted to light the victims on fire, according to investigators who have charged the teen with numerous felonies.
In retaliation for a run-in last week with a guard, Imani Knight-Brantley, 16, returned Monday to her Pittsburgh-area high school carrying a two-liter Sprite bottle containing gasoline.
According to police, Knight-Brantley was booted from Wilkinsburg High School Friday after being caught using a cell phone in class. She later returned to get food at an after-school program, but was again escorted from the building by guard Brandon Murray. As she was being removed the second time, Knight-Brantley threw a milk carton at Murray.
A pleasant 16 yr old misunderstood ute.
One time in Pittsburgh we had a generator stolen while we were using it.
Crazy fuckers but it wasn't my generator so I didn't sweat it too much.
A little downtime and comic relief is good.
But I digress.
I'm glad I never went to a school that had security guards.

A town in southern Oregon will hold a public meeting to discuss how to deal with droves of fearless deer that wander the streets, occasionally acting aggressively toward residents, state wildlife officials said on Tuesday.
The "Deer Summit 2015" will be chaired on Wednesday by Ashland Mayor John Stromberg as part of efforts to address deer that have stalked people, pawed at them with their hooves and even stomped on small dogs.
"The deer have no fear of humans," said Mark Vargas, District Wildlife Biologist for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
The confident deer are a product of a long tradition in the town of 21,000 people of feeding and befriending them, Vargas said.
Goddam hippies maybe they should move the town.
I'm sure "Deer Summit 2015" will come up with some Rube Goldbergesque mechanism for getting rid of the rats.
Remember kiddos don't feed the animals.
