Seems to be quite the kerfluffle going on over at NRO's The Corner.
One missive is here Re-Education camp.I used to go there alot.I quit when Rich Lowry spouted off on drones I hated it too because I like Jonah and Mark.
Much of what the folks say there I can do without.Anyways I'm with Mark Steyn here there is no reason to engage these people with civility or tact.What's the point in that the only thing you will get in return is a slap in the face.Look I don't relish being an asshole most of the time but sometimes being an asshole is the only weapon you have to counter these bullies.
Turning the other cheek maybe the right thing to do.But how many times do you have to be slapped before you fight back.I know for me it don't take many.
So all these advocacy group bullies think their tactics have worked and cowed people to be docile in the face of their bullshit.It hasn't good people are tiring of it and I think retribution is on the way.
You can only call people phobes about your chosen crusade so many times till folks say wait a fucking minute that ain't me.
I try to treat people the same way I wish to be treated.Which is leave me the fuck alone and I will return the favor to you in spades.But if you keep fucking with me one day you will get a swift kick in the nuts and a bloody nose.They will wonder why it happened but they already know don't they.
Well that's been in my mind a while agree or disagree let me know.
