A woman who allegedly offered topless hairstyling services in northern Colorado faces criminal charges. But police say the problem isn't cutting hair without a top. It's cutting hair without a license.
A criminal charge no less I'm sure glad the cops have stopped all other crime in Longmont Colorado and have the spare time to stop this heinous activity.No wonder the entrepreneurial spirit is dying in this country.
Oh and the ex-husband is a giant douche but she probably already knew that.I could have used these dudes when my mom was giving me the buzz cuts.She had no license I would have ratted her out in a New York minute.
