Yes my tinfoil hat has sensed a disturbance in the force.
Not for nuttin even around here I have been seeing a lot of these.

Empty all of them but enough of them to notice I ain't seen that many around here before.
Could be Guard I don't know.
A lot of equipment moving around.
Good thing I don't trust the government or I could be caught unawares.
