So there has been a check engine light on the Dodge for a while now.Stick with me on this.
I forget when it first came on sometime before the first of Aug.
A very long story so cliff notes here.
The thing that finally set me off was the inspection sticker and the light.
In my area a check engine light is an automatic fail cuz global warming duh.
This is Aug when all this went down the sticker just expired 10-31 and you got 5 days after that.
So yesterday I go over to my brothers and get him to scan it and it wouldn't read anything.
Which was weird because the light was definitely on we left it at that.
So today I start diving in to see whats what right and what is the first thing I find

Laying right across the throttle body intakes.My guess is the last dude to change the oil left it there.
 I think the computer never anticipated that so it was in clusterfuck mode.
You've gotta take off the whole housing to try and sell me an air cleaner.
It was filthy in there so some throttle body cleaner and voila no light.
Just think if he hadn't left that in there none of this shit would have happened.
Probably still would have happened at a future time.
Life is funny I'll get the truck inspected tomorrow.
I'm gonna have a drink and laugh at the absurdness of it all.
