Dallas storm victims anxious for power to be restored

Frustration is high. Oncor said about 3,600 customers remained in the dark on Tuesday afternoon. Workers were busy restoring power, but for some residents it was taking too long.
“This whole block here has no power, but across the street has power,” Lawanda Holmes said.
She had her door front door wide open, wondering if her family will be able to sleep at home in air conditioned comfort Tuesday night.
“We had to go stay in a motel last night, and that cost us money out of our pockets,” she said.

Oh Dear God she had to spend money out of her own pockets for a motel. The horror of it I already know whose pockets she wants it to come out of.
Suck it up darlin it's not the end of the world yet.Future zombies on display.
Good thing white folks didn't live across the street we'd never hear the end of it.
