It's Gumbo Day at Chez Bubba.I know all ya'll was wondering what I was cooking.
So I did ya a solid and now you know.It makes you all warm and fuzzy I'm sure.
This time I smoked the andouille I get it uncooked so we shall see how it turns out.
I usually put some blackening seasoning on it and fry it up.Smoked will be better I'm sure of it.
Now I'm all warm and fuzzy.
