Nothing obummer does will have a positive impact on anybody.Ya'll read the stories where the great and wise one's policies magically cures every ill known to mankind.Add this one to the list.

I ain't gonna break out any of this dudes Pollyannish schemes.They all sound like cold fusion or  perpetual motion machines.
Hence they will need the government to subsidize them.When they don't pan out and some crony capitalist has lined his and some politician's pockets they will proclaim they had the best of intentions.Don't they all.
Maybe I should be less cynical and breeze through life like the author of this tripe.
I would be impressed if these smarter than thou pundits would write one word.
That one word is WILL.WILL has a strong meaning for me.
It's like me saying"I COULD win the lottery"instead of"I WILL win the lottery"
A very big difference.When advocating policies with very large costs for me I prefer they be slam dunk no brainers that WILL work not COULD work.
I do not prefer pie in the sky wishful thinking bullshit that COULD pan out if we throw money at it.
Sounds like every government program ever devised.
