Cathy Vaughn, who works at MSU’s writing center in Bessey Hall, said students and staff reacted immediately: They locked the doors, turned off lights and stayed low. About 30 minutes later, an MSU officer came in and said that everything was clear.
Nothing like having targets group together cowering in the dark.It was a replica ROTC gun.
