Off-duty Dallas officer found with crack pipe in squad car resigns
DALLAS — An off-duty Dallas police senior corporal who was found with a glass narcotics pipe while driving a police squad car resigned from the force last month.
Sr. Cpl. James Wallace was arrested in November on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.
