That one has a sell by date of 1-7-2014 I just opened it up this morning.So roughly 5 weeks in the fridge no smell nothing but tenderness has happened.I have let them go longer than that.I hope that puts your mind at ease Riley I hoped you could see the date but trust me that's it.

I got 9 steaks out of that ribeye usually get 10 this one was a little small.I'm figuring right about 12 bucks a steak.Try and get steaks like that from your neighborhood store you'll pay much more and they will be trimmed of all the tasty stuff.So in closing I am done extolling the virtues of self steakage.Hope that helps.Later maybe I will give my secret to the best evah corn on the cob.
