My world famous beans with ham shanks and cornbread.Behold the tastiness.
Cooked them hamshanks in chicken stock for about 3 hours.The dogs really like this step.
Then I simmer the pintos in my proprietary blend of spices and onions along with green chiles for about another couple of hours.
Finally some kickass cornbread to finish off the awesomeness.There's that humbleness kicking in.
