I never did understand these signs

Have you ever seen one not shot up.It's a waste of money sure enough they'll send two dudes out there and bolt up another sign and somebody will shoot it up again.I actually frown upon these type shenanigans:)Are signs targets anyways a novel legal theory there.That is all.
